Long-Distance Transport = Long Lasting Suffering
This video shows scenes of animals on transports, which were only stopped by the police due to ANIMALS' ANGELS complaints between 2007 and 2009.
As the journey time increases, animal well-being deteriorates because the effects of thirst, heat stress, limited space, fighting, exhaustion and trampling become increasingly detrimental and serious.


Heat suffering pigs

A short video made by Animals' Angels, which demonstrates the suffering of pigs during transportation at temperatures between 27 and 31°C. For the video we did not choose extreme cases but the animal suffering we usually find on hot days.
