Webinar on Camel Welfare: Towards Sustainable Camel Husbandry
With the United Nations’ Year of Camelids, camels are given particular importance this year. To mark World Camel Day on June 22, Animals' Angels is hosting a 1.5-hour webinar on camel welfare. Our webinar will share the latest research on camel conservation and give you the opportunity to gain new inspiration and to connect with colleagues committed to camel welfare.
The Latest Research in Camel Welfare
Despite the increasing interest in camel breeding far beyond the borders of the traditional camel countries, little is known about the protection and welfare of camels. There are both scientific and legal gaps. Animals' Angels wants to close these gaps and is therefore campaigning for the protection of camels worldwide.
