Animals’ Angels meets some Italian veterinarians to discuss the transport conditions for poultry and rabbits which were observed during recent investigations. The veterinarians express their willingness to cooperate and confirm that when it comes to poultry and rabbits there are welfare problems in the application of Regulation (EC) 1/2005. They declare that they are working to educate and train farmers, transporters and slaughterers.
