The team of Viva! Interwencje, on behalf of Animals' Angels, inspects a property in Raszyn, just south of Warsaw. The team was alarmed by a neighbour, that the owner keeps animals in horrific stabling conditions and keeps a dead body of a dog out in the open. The team intervenes together with local police and county veterinarian.
The entire property is in total mess, full of empty cans, glass and pieces of metal lying around everywhere. The team discovers another dog, being dead since at least six months. Two goats and three other surviving dogs are kept without water, bedding or proper shelter. The owner, an elderly woman, sees no problem in the entire situation.
Viva! submits a notion to the local town hall demanding to confiscate all animals and initiates procesution of the owner. The team will participate in the confiscation procedure to make sure that it really takes place.
