The team of Viva! Interwencje, on behalf of Animals' Angels, inspects a farm in Linkow, near Rawa Mazowiecka. The farmer owns more than 20 cows, including calves, all kept for fattening, as well as horses and poultry.

All animals are kept in horrific conditions, the yard is full of dangerous items and knee-deep mud. The stable lacks infrastructure and proper maintenance. One of the cows is very skinny. The pack of cows in the pasture lie on a thick layer of manure, what suggests that they are kept outdoors constantly, without any shelter. Some of the cows bear symptoms of fungal skin disorder. The farmers become very aggressive when asked difficult questions, what makes it impossible to receive any detailed information about the animals.

The team visits the veterinary service office in Rawa Mazowiecka, where they learn that the farmer's reputation in breaking the law dates back three years. During that time, the county veterinarian has already issued two criminal cases to the local prosecutor, both of which have been dismissed, and taken administrative measures resulting in the farmer's public subsidies having been revoked.

The team will also file a crime report to the prosecutor and be ready to appeal to any dismissing decisions, as well as submit a notion to the local city council, aiming at confiscation of all animals.
