Skaryszew horse market, held once a year, is said to be the biggest horse market in Europe. Animals' Angels and Viva! Interwencje are there each year and document serious neglect of law and violence by drunken market users who come to 'celebrate' the annual feast for horse 'lovers'.

The five people team arrives at the market shortly before 4:00 am. The horses are crowded in temporary shelters, sweating badly and panicking. Many of them are tethered to trucks. Some horses are injured due to hierarchical fights that occur due to grouping stallions next to each other, or next to mares on heat. During the whole market, which lasts for more than 10 hours, no single horse is provided with water. At the market premise, no supervising authority is visible. As a result, the farmers feel free to do whatever they want. They are aggressive and the horses are beaten during loading and whipped frequently to break up fights.

Many horses are loaded onboard unsuitable, much too small trailers. As soon as some farmers realize that their aggressive behaviour during loading is being filmed, they try to ram three team members with two huge stallions. Luckily, no one is hurt, but the situation is very dangerous, especially for the horses.

The team will address the observed infringements to all competent authorities.
