One of our polish team members, Pawel, takes part in a radio discussion on the suffering of animals in long distance transports together with the animal welfare organisation CIWF Poland. The interview is aired by a very popular, opinion-making, nationwide radio, TOK FM. The uderlying theme of the discussion is the recent CIWF's petition to ban any live exports from EU. Pawel emphasizes most critical issues of the problem from practical experience. On the example of the approach of the European Commission, the audience is made aware of the authorities' attitude to the suffering of animals. We express our support to any reasonable steps towards limiting or putting a ban on long distance transports.
