Animals’ Angels are invited to attend a workshop on establishing a set of recommendations detailing the requirements for ramps and close pens.
The initiative which was devised and promoted by a number of drivers would see new facilities, facilities which are undergoing renovation and farms that wish to incorporate welfare friendly safe ramps into their existing structures, if they haven’t done so already, adopt the recommendations.
Approximately 40 people attended and supported what should result in an animal welfare positive set of ramp guidelines.
