The team of Viva! Interwencje, on behalf of Animals’ Angels, inspects a farm in Legionowo. The cows are kept in very poor stabling conditions, without water access. They have no pasture to be released into. A german shepherd dog is kept chained to a rickety dog house that wont provide proper shelter for winter season.
Sadly, the owner does not seem to understand the problem and his financial capabilities are very low. He is given precise guidelines to improve the stabling conditions, especially to clean up the manure immediately. If he does not meet the short deadline, he will be prosecuted and the team will submit a notion to local city council aiming at confiscation of all animals. The team also notifies local county veterinary service of improper maintenance conditions of the cows and possible lack of their registration.
