Germany: Animals' Angels at the Easter-Animal-Welfare-Days organised by Schüler für Tiere e.V.

[Translate to englisch:] Pupils raise their hands in animal welfare lessons

Back to school during Easter holidays? 15 students from Kandel are doing just that! They are taking part in the Easter-Animal-Welfare-Days at the IGS Kandel, organised by the teacher and chairwoman of Schüler für Tiere e.V., Sabine Luppert. A wide variety of animal welfare topics are on the programme over four days. Animals' Angels is invited on the second day and carries out a workshop with the highly motivated kids on the topic of ‘farm’ animals. In group work, we create, do handicrafts and philosophise about animal transport and the needs of animals in agriculture.

All participants are well catered for by the local Schüler für Tiere - team, who have conjured up a delicious buffet as well as cakes and fresh waffles.

We would like to thank Sabine Luppert and her entire team for the idea, the invitation and the great organisation.

Special thanks also go to the Musella Foundation for a socio-ecological future, which supports our educational project financially and thus makes it possible.
