The World Museum Vienna is presenting the special exhibition "On the back of camels" from 27 February 2024 to 26 January 2025. The subject matter is wide-ranging, from the prehistoric camels of North America to the domestication and husbandry of camels as so-called 'farm' animals.
A team from Animals' Angels will visit the exhibition on "World Camel Day". Animals' Angels' material will be on display on the subject of animal transport: Photos taken during missions to markets in the Arab world and a poster that we use for training purposes.
In this way, we also promote respect and empathy for camels, whose protection has hardly played a role to date. We would like to thank the World Museum Vienna for allowing Animals' Angels to participate in the special exhibition - for the welfare of the camels.
