Animals' Angels is participating in the current meeting of the EU Commission's working group on animal transport. Since the laws for the protection of animals during transport are being revised, the Commission is currently hearing various experts here. Today, a possible ban on animal transports beyond the borders of the EU is being discussed, as well as the practicability and consequences. Fortunately, representatives of various fields speak out in favor of an export ban. We agree! Because our investigations and documentations show unmistakably: It is not possible in reality to protect the animals on such long transports.
