India: Guest Lecture for 50 Students of Gitam University

Animals' Angels Giving a Guest Lecture at Gitam University, India

Animals' Angels gives a guest lecture in India at Gitam University. In front of fifty students of the humanities faculty, we report on the work of Animals' Angels and why it is so important to stand up for 'farm' animals in the 21st century.

We tell the interested students about the problems caused by highly industrialised agriculture in Europe and how the dignity of animals is fundamentally disregarded in this system. In India, too, agriculture and meat consumption are growing rapidly. This makes it all the more important for us to encourage young people in particular to critically question this development.

We were very pleased about invitation, the many interested enquiries and the lively discussion.
