Animals' Angels investigates the problems for animals during transport in Tanzania. In Dar Es Salaam we meet with Taweso, a local organisation who is dedicated to their work for the Tanzanian animals and who works closely with governmental bodies.
During our time in Tanzania we meet with government officials, inspect animal markets, resting grounds, and animal trucks. Despite a very strict animal protection legislation, the animals suffer tremendously during transport. However, many of the existing problems could be solved by small, cost-efficient changes supported by improved implementation of the law through authorities.
Animals' Angels wants to thank Taweso for their hospitality, time and effort. Together with Taweso we are now discussing how Animals' Angels can help the animals on transport in Tanzania.
