Animals' Angels teaches animal welfare during transport as part of the 'Animal Law & Society' master's degree course at the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
The students are very interested, ask a lot of questions and many of the young lawyers are shocked by the lack of implementation of animal welfare legislation in the EU. Especially discussed it the question of how it can be that animals are being exported from the EU to countries that do not offer any protection.
We are pleased about the increasing number of young people who are professionally involved in animal protection and who want to prepare for this as best they can.
