Animals’ Angels provides material
Mbwa Wa Africa Animal Rescue in the North of Tanzania successfully carried out an Animal Welfare Training for police officers. Six highly motivated officers took part in the seminar. The date for a further training event has already been arranged.
Animals‘ Angels contributed the market leaflet of our Tanzania project. We are delighted about this opportunity to help and ensure that the protection of “farm” animals is also being dealt with in the seminar.
We know from our own experiences in Tanzania that animal welfare problems are widely spread despite strict animal protection legislation. Education and awareness raising of everybody involved, mainly the inspection authorities, is an essential step towards a better animal protection.
