Hof Narr
Hof Narr is a life farm where positive, "grandchild-friendly" changes are being made, a place full of empathy for fellow creatures. Every animal at Hof Narr has been rescued from the slaughterhouse. Ethicist Sarah Heiligtag has already convinced more than 100 Swiss farmers to adopt TransFARMation. Former farm animals are now allowed to live a life without pressure to perform, they are simply allowed to be. Hof Narr also offers a wide range of healthy organic vegetables (also available by subscription). The aim is to close nutrient cycles and create a balance between soil, plants and animals. They are working on a sustainable and resilient farm to create an ecologically, socially and economically sustainable agriculture, inspired by the forward-looking philosophy of permaculture.
