In November, we took part in the third VeggieWorld of the year. After already being surprised by the large number of visitors in Hamburg, Munich exceeded all our expectations. Over 7,000 people attended VeggieWorld – a new record since the pandemic, according to the organizers.
We are thrilled by the many new, innovative, and cruelty-free products that are increasingly entering the market and are now even appearing on the shelves of major supermarket chains. But the fair is not just about food. At its core, it is about a shared goal that unites many visitors: choosing a lifestyle that consciously rejects animal suffering in our consumption, clothing, and everyday decisions.
Many activists are present as well – raising awareness, providing advice, and speaking up for the animals. The atmosphere at the fair is cheerful and open, and the conversations are inspiring and enriching.
As in Hamburg, we also had the opportunity in Munich to give a talk about our work and our focus area of animal transport – a valuable chance to raise awareness about this important issue.
