A Day to Get to Know Us - On our Open Day, we would like to show you where and how we work, give you the opportunity to meet and talk with us, and spend a wonderful day together.

In addition to a variety of activities and events, there will also be plenty of opportunities for conversation, exchange, and getting to know one another.

Program

A varied day awaits you, offering insights into our work, opportunities for conversation, and activities we can enjoy together.

1:00 p.m.: We open our doors

1:30 p.m.: Welcome & Introduction to Our Team

2:00 p.m.: Presentation Behind the Scenes of an Investigation

3:30 p.m.: Film Forty Days Road, followed by a Q&A session

5:30 p.m.: End of the Event

Between the scheduled activities, you will have the opportunity to meet and connect with our team members, exchange ideas, and get to know us better.

Presentations and Discussions

In a presentation, we will introduce you to our work, share our practical experiences, and provide insights into current issues related to animal protection and welfare. It is not just about sharing information: we also want to create space for questions, personal conversations, and open discussion. This is an opportunity to learn more about our work, talk with our team, and discuss challenges and possible ways forward for better animal protection together.

Film Screening

A special highlight of the program will be the screening of our documentary “Forty Days Road.” The film follows an Animals’ Angels team on a moving journey across Egypt, tracing the long journey of camels from Sudan to a market near Cairo.

Food, Drinks & Time Together

Of course, we also want to make sure that everyone is well taken care of. Food and drinks will be provided. We are planning a variety of seating and standing areas, allowing for both smaller conversations and spending time together as a group.

Registration

To help us plan the event, we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance whether we can expect you to join us. Of course, you are also welcome to attend without registering in advance.

How to get there

Our office is located in Frankfurt’s Westend district, not far from the Palmengarten. As there is very limited free parking available in the area, we recommend travelling by public transport. From the Westend underground station, it is only about a 10-minute walk to our office.

If you are travelling by car, we recommend the paid Palmengarten car park (Siesmayerstraße 61).
