A representative of Viva! Interwencje, on behalf of Animals' Angels, participates in the initial court session of the trial against the owner of two extremely neglected ponies that were confiscated by Viva! over a year ago.
The young man had already confessed the crime and this session is his opportunity to skip trial, but he needs to accept the penalties demanded by the prosecutor and our representative. However, despite the severity of his crime, the owner sees our penalty demands as too hard. This means a full trial will have to take place, during which we will fight for the penalty that we believe is adequate.
