The team of Viva! Interwencje, on behalf of Animals' Angels, inspects a market in Proszowice, southern Poland.
The market sells large number of small animals and poultry as well as two horses. The animals are crowded in small cages, mostly without water. The team witnesses many cases of brutal handling, especially carrying and loading birds or rabbits in a painful way. No supervising personnel is visible at the market premise. The team also spots puppies being sold at the market, which is a clear violation of Polish law.
We will present our evidence to the local authorities and demand proper steps to be taken.
