Dear friends and supporters,
we and our investigations are also affected by the Corona pandemic. Last weekend we had to cancel our investigation at the Bulgarian-Turkish border. Our flight was postponed, our hotel closed and the border was closed. With a heavy heart we also had to decide in the last few days to even suspend some of our upcoming investigations. This probably also affects our investigations around Easter.
The majority of our employees are currently working from home. Of course, we are now working for the animals from our desks and have formed a task force together with other international animal welfare organisations. We are in contact with authorities and the police.
